This documentary features "first hand" accounts from World War II Veterans living in Las Vegas, Nevada. Overy 70 years ago, as young men and women, these veterans found themselves fighting for their lives in Europe and the Pacific. Many of their comrades never made it home.

    This powerful, inpsiring film chronicles the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, D-Day, June 6, 1944, The Battle of the Bulge (1944), the liberation of the concentration camps in Europe (1945), The Battle of Iwo Jima (1945), the atomic bombing and impending invasion of Japan (1945). A spirit of pride and patriotism comes forth as these old warriors tell their stories as young men at war, fighting for our nation and protecting the freedoms we enjoy today.
