DALE EDGAR STOUT - OBITUARY

March 6, 1918 - March 17, 2006.

Dale Edgar Stout was born in Richmond, Indiana to Floyd and Hazel Stout. He was a business owner, editor/publisher, and a retired U.S. Army Colonel. He was a very active member of the Clifton Christian Church, American Legion, Lions Club, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Reserve Officers Association and Military Officers Association of America. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Irene S. (Wyrwas) Stout, daughter Jean A. Neisius, and brother Neil Stout. He is survived by daughters, Sandra M. and Robert Collins of Lander, Wyoming; and Karen I. Furst of San Bernardino, California; six grandchildren: Christina Metcalf, Brian Furst, Alisha and Mike Nighswonger, Adam Collins, and Michael and Steven Neisius; and three great-grandsons: Matthew Lippincott, Kellen and Christopher Nighswonger, and nephews, Jerry and Mickey Stout. A memorial service will be held at the Clifton Christian Church, Thursday, March 23, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Dale and Irene Stout Scholarship Trust, Warner School, Warner Springs, California.
